Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Operations Executive to manage day-to-day stock coordination between the Buying/Production team and the warehouse. The ideal candidate will track inventory levels, follow up with Buyers/Production for stock requirements, and ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are released and processed on time to avoid stock-outs or delays. Strong time management, coordination, and follow-up skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily with the Buyer/Production team to understand upcoming stock and material requirements.
- Monitor current inventory levels and maintain optimum stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Raise, track, and release Purchase Orders (POs) within defined timelines.
- Follow up with vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery as per PO schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of stock inflow/outflow, PO status, and pending deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
- Prepare regular stock and PO status reports for management review.
- Identify and flag any delays or discrepancies in stock/PO cycle and escalate proactively.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies and safety standards.
- Liaise between Buying, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory/PO management.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills — able to prioritize tasks under deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills with cross-functional teams (Buying/Production).
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel; experience with ERP/Inventory Management software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valuable communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of stock/PO timelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
