We are looking for an experienced Sr. UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer & Technical Writer to join our team supporting HSBC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, graphic design, technical content creation, and data visualization, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging user-centric experiences and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX solutions for enterprise applications, dashboards, and digital platforms.
- Create high-quality visual assets including presentations, marketing collateral, infographics, graphics, and digital content. Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation for technical, business, and leadership stakeholders.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user-centered design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers,
- Establish content structures, taxonomy, naming conventions, and documentation standards.
- Create and maintain presentations, newsletters, web content, internal communications, and other business materials.
- Drive continuous improvement of user experiences through research, feedback, and iterative design practices.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Required Skills

- 7-10 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or Technical Writing.
- Robust expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and other design tools.
- Experience in content design, communication design, presentation design, and user experience design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex business and technical concepts into engaging visual and written content.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing B2B enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and analytics platforms.
- Exposure to QlikView, Qlik Sense, data visualization tools, or dashboard design.
- Experience working with complex data products and analytics-drive
