We are looking for an experienced Sr. Tender Executive to handle end-to-end tender activities for our pump manufacturing company. The candidate should have positive knowledge of government and private tenders, tender documentation, bid submission, commercial working, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government, and private tenders related to pumps, engineering and industrial projects.
- Handle the complete tendering process from tender enquiry to final submission.
- Study tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, BOQ, commercial terms and other requirements.
- Prepare and submit Technical & Commercial Bids within the stipulated timelines.
- Prepare tender working, costing, BOQ, price comparison and commercial calculations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, Design/Engineering, Quality and Accounts departments for tender requirements.
- Prepare required documents such as company profile, technical documents, certificates, declarations, EMD, PBG and other tender-related documents.
- Handle online tender portals/e-procurement portals, including tender downloading, bid preparation and online submission.
- Track tender deadlines, corrigendums, amendments, clarifications and pre-bid requirements.
- Coordinate with customers/authorities for tender queries, clarifications and technical/commercial submissions.
- Maintain proper records of submitted, awarded,



rejected and ongoing tenders.
- Follow up on tender results, LOI/LOA, purchase orders and contract-related documentation.
- Assist the management in preparing tender analysis and bid strategy based on commercial requirements.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Maintain a database of tender opportunities, competitors, pricing and previous tender results.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tendering & Bidding Process.
- Experience in Pump Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Equipment will be preferred.
- Knowledge of centrifugal pumps and related technical specifications will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PDF documentation.
- Experience with Government/PSU e-tender portals and online bid submission.
- Good understanding of BOQ, costing, commercial terms and tender conditions.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and documentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Commerce or a relevant field.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in pump manufacturing, engineering products, industrial equipment or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
