Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, network devices, and peripherals.

- Provide technical support to end-users on software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Ensure data security by implementing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures.

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to hardware and software failures.

Job Requirements :

- 4-8 years of experience in system administration with expertise in Active Directory.

- Robust knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and ability to configure networks using various operating systems (Windows).

- Proficiency in installing/configuring software applications such as Mac OS X Server.

- Experience with troubleshooting techniques for identifying root causes of problems.
