? Location: C-28 & 29, C Block, Phase 2, Industrial Area, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301

? Shift: 7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

? Work Mode: 100% Onsite

? Experience Required: 2–5 Years

? Key Requirements:

✔ Strong experience in W2 and Full-Time hiring

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under tight timelines

✔ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools

✔ Good understanding of W2, 1099, and C2C tax terms

? Must-Have Skills:

- 2–4+ years of technical recruiting experience (IT roles)
- Expertise in sourcing and screening candidates
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT staffing/consulting firms
- Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
- Exposure to Diversity & Inclusion hiring initiatives
