We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth Implementations team at Mercer.
nThis role will be based in GGN / Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is an Individual Contributor role.

- Perform Planning activities to determine the best approach and techniques for self on the projectn
- Analyse requirements, solution analysis and estimate of effort for detailed quotes within the analysts' expertisen
- Perform stakeholder analysis and establish strong stakeholder relationshipsn
- Ensure requirements traceability is managed and maintained throughout the project lifecyclen




- Perform solution analysis to ensure that solution meets the needs of the requirementsn
- Prepare functional and technical specifications, including mapping for all registry and ancillary systemsn
- Elicit existing processes, document Current State, analyse change & identify best practice to determine Future State, perform Gap Analysis to determine impact to BAU;n
- Adhering to the User Centred Design processes, working to agreed sprint and release plansn
- Support test team activities including triage and impact analysisn
- Contribute to the development of current artefacts for re-use and to improve efficiencyn
- Provide learnings back to Analyst Team and to contribute to continuous improvementn
