Role & Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.

 Build and optimize RESTful APIs / FastAPI / Django / Flask applications.

 Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Frontend Developers,

Product Managers).

 Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.

 Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes),



and cloud-based deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).

 Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and security.

 Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions and design decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.

 Strong expertise in Python 3.x and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

 Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

 Hands-on experience with API development, microservices, and integration.

 Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

 Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

 Experience with unit testing (pytest/unittest), version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.

Good to Have

 Exposure to front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular) for full-stack development.

 Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

 Experience with big data tools (Spark, Dask).
