Responsible for supervising nursing staff, managing daily nursing operations, ensuring proper patient care, coordinating with doctors and other departments, maintaining nursing records, monitoring medication and treatment procedures, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies, safety, and infection-control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide nursing staff during daily operations.

- Ensure quality patient care and proper nursing procedures.

- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and shift allocation.

- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for patient care.

- Monitor medication administration and treatment compliance.

- Maintain nursing records, reports, and documentation.

- Handle patient and staff-related concerns professionally.

- Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.

- Monitor nursing supplies, equipment, and inventory.

- Train and support junior nursing staff when required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
