- Sales Data Tracking: Monitor primary and secondary sales, region-wise performance, distributor off-takes, and target vs. actual achievements.
- Data Cleaning & Management: Extract raw data from field apps, distributors, and ERP systems like SAP, removing errors and duplicates.
- Report Generation: Publish Daily Sales Reports (DSR), monthly performance reviews, and trend analyses tracking SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) movement.
