Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures, maintain accurate inventory records, and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Manage the efficient flow of goods, including receiving, storing, and shipping, while ensuring proper handling, storage, and safekeeping of items.
- Staff Management:
- Supervise and develop warehouse staff, ensuring proper training, adherence to safety protocols, and efficient workflow.
- Customer Service:
- Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs, ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, and resolve any issues related to order processing and delivery.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and fostering a secure and secure work environment.
- Cost Optimization:
- Develop and monitor budgets, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and optimize logistics resources.
- Performance Management:
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
- Process Improvement:




- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Supplier Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring their performance to ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
- Demand Planning:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, develop inventory plans, and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on inventory levels, financial performance, and operational status.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, with a focus on warehouse operations.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
