- Collection Performance: Achieving overall collection targets, monitoring outstanding funds, and minimizing defaults
- Strategic Execution: Implementing collection strategies and SOPs across projects/teams
- Delayed Fund Recovery: Handling critical and high-value recovery cases and guiding teams
- Availability Management: Ensuring proper hold/booking/release management across platforms
- Associates and Customer Service: Managing escalations and ensuring effective communication
- Relationship Management: Maintaining robust relationships with associates, customers, banks, and internal teams
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to RERA, JDA Patta, loan guidelines, and company policies
- Reporting and Analysis: Reviewing reports, analysing trends,
and providing insights
- Process Improvement: Improving collection and documentation processes
- Team Management: Leading managers and teams, monitoring performance
- Training and Development: Training teams on collections, compliance, and system
- Free from all other liabilities, IT responsibility.
- Any other works assigned by the seniors
