Team Size: Team of 3-4 Direct BDM Manager to start with
Core Purpose of the Role:
*To Build Alternate Channel Business on Pan-India basis across multiple formats with complete P&L; responsibilities
*To own end to end complete life cycle for all key relationships with 360 view around all key processes, portfolio health and profitability across entire eco-system.
Areas of Responsibility:
a) To build Fresh business through various alternate channels keeping profitability across eco-system in consideration b) To work on Business Digitization through API Integration, Self-Login for faster soft decisioning and for enabling complete Digital Journey for all key relationships c) Accurately forecasting weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually revenue streams and responsible for AOP achievement d) Actively driving and ensuring sales target achievement, management of sales support functions and timely work completion for customers e) Recruit,
develop and ensure retention of respective teams by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis f) Keeping a close eye on competitive moves in market for a better and a faster strategic decision making g) Collaboration and Co- ordination with various cross functions / departments at various stages of the entire process journey for achieving common goals set at org level (Cross Functional teams like Ops, Credit, Analytics, Tech, Cust Service, legal, accounts etc)
Must Have:
a) Minimum 5 plus years of relevant experience of managing Direct Sales team with positive experience of SME Sales b) Worked on customer acquisition side with exposure to Direct sales in domain of BFSI, Telecom and SAAS Sales with good team handling experience c) Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
d) Excel in data management, analysis and forecasting.
e) Comfortable with extensive travel as required in the profile f) Organized and Methodical
