About the Role
Role Purpose
We are looking for skilled Actuarial personnel with strong experience in Prophet Modelling to support actuarial valuation, IFRS reporting, business planning, and shareholder reporting. The role involves development, maintenance, and enhancement of actuarial models, along with close coordination with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and set up Prophet models for new products with detailed documentation and parallel Excel models
- Maintain and enhance existing Prophet models, including regression-based modelling and robust version control
- Improve usability and efficiency of models for stakeholders such as Valuation team, Business planning team and Shareholder reporting team
- Update models in line with Ind AS (IFRS) reporting requirements
- Optimize model performance by improving speed and structure
- Support model reviews and validations conducted by internal audit teams and external reviewers
- Implement enhancements and updates based on changing business requirements
- Ensure proper model governance and documentation standards
Skills &
Competencies Required
1. Knowledge and Experience in Prophet Modelling
- Hands on in DCS, R, MS Office
- Knowledge of complex modelling techniques like loops, t-dependent variable, arrays etc. would be preferrable
- Knowledge of Ind AS (IFRS) would be preferrable
- Good communication skill
Experience Required
Minimum 3 years to 6 years of experience in the Actuarial modelling team of Life Insurance Company
Qualification Required
Candidate should have completed 5 to 8 Actuarial Papers
