We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer with robust expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Networking, and Security Operations. The ideal candidate will own critical infrastructure, resolve complex L2/L3 issues, and drive security and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Administer Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, endpoint security, and device compliance.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and Identity Governance.
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Configure and troubleshoot Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, Routing, and Switching.
- Manage EDR/MDR, Email Security, DLP, Vulnerability Management, and security incidents.
- Support Apple Business Manager (ABM) and MDM solutions.
- Handle critical L2/L3 escalations, RCA, and automation using PowerShell.
- Create documentation, mentor junior engineers,



and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements
- 6-8 years of IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Support experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Networking, and Security.
- Experience with Zero Trust and ISO 27001 security frameworks.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
- Excellent Spoken and Written English with the ability to communicate effectively with global clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications (Anyone) AZ-104, SC-300, MD-102
