About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to drive candidates through the hiring process and close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, joining, and closure.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, communication, availability, compensation, and overall fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
- Own recruitment targets and ensure strong submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer conversion.
- Drive candidates through the complete hiring process and maintain regular follow-ups until joining.
- Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, counteroffers, notice periods, and joining-risk situations.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and regular hiring reports.
- Provide timely market and candidate feedback to hiring managers and management.
- Support employer branding, recruitment initiatives, and process improvements as required.

Key Focus: Strong Closure

- Must have a strong track record of converting shortlisted candidates into successful joiners.
- Proactively manage candidate expectations and identify potential drop-off risks early.
- Be confident in handling negotiations, counteroffers, notice-period challenges, and last-minute concerns.




- Take ownership of open positions until successful closure rather than only focusing on candidate submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or IT/technical hiring environment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, hiring funnels, and conversion ratios.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities independently.
- Result-oriented approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment trackers, and ATS/HRMS tools.
- Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and business teams.

Education Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant recruitment experience will also be considered.

Location & Work Arrangement

As per company requirements. Candidates should be comfortable working with distributed teams and managing recruitment activities independently.
