Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and other relevant tools to meet client requirements.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality course content that meets industry standards.

- Develop interactive simulations, quizzes, and assessments to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholders effectively.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in Instructional Design or a related field.

- Proficiency in creating interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar authoring tools.

- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and best practices for effective instructional design.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
