Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager – HR (HR Operations) to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations. The role will be responsible for employee lifecycle management, HR policies and processes, grievance handling, HRMS, MIS & analytics, HR payments, audits and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, attendance, leave and separation processes.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and HR-related queries within defined timelines.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs and process improvements.
- Manage HR-related payments through the Maker–Checker process, ensuring proper approvals and audit trails.
- Coordinate HR audits, track observations and ensure timely closure of audit points.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards and management reports.
- Analyze manpower, attrition, attendance, leave and employee movement data.
- Manage HROne HRMS, ensuring accurate employee data and timely HR transactions.
- Coordinate effectively with employees, HODs, HR leadership, Finance and management.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management
- Good knowledge of HR policies, SOPs and processes
- Solid grievance handling and employee communication skills
- Experience in HR MIS, dashboards, analytics and reporting
- Knowledge of HR financial controls and audit processes
- Hands-on experience with HRMS; HROne preferred
- Strong process orientation and attention to detail
- Good stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally

Eligibility
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is mandatory
- 7–9 years of relevant HR experience
- Candidates with strong HR Operations experience and HRMS exposure will be preferred
