Finance Executive – Roles & Responsibilities | Dil Foods
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions across all business units.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, bills, and payment records.
- Coordinate with banks for transactions, reconciliations, and banking activities.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports.
- Track and reconcile petty cash expenses from kitchens and corporate offices.
- Verify employee reimbursements and process claims as per company policy.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating with the HR team.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly,
and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
- Monitor budgets and analyze variances against actual expenses.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Work closely with operations, procurement, and HR teams to support business growth and financial efficiency.
