- Conduct quality testing and inspection of incoming and approved packing materials according to specifications and approved test methods.
- Test packaging components such as bottles, containers, caps, closures, labels, cartons, foils, laminates, pouches, and other applicable materials.
- Perform physical, chemical, dimensional, visual, and functional tests as required for different packaging materials.
- Verify critical parameters such as dimensions, weight, thickness, GSM, appearance, printing quality, sealing properties, compatibility, and other specified characteristics.
- Prepare samples and test specimens according to approved sampling plans and procedures.
