1. Mechanical Expert: Serving as the technical authority in office for complex machinery assembly, installation, and modification.
2. Team Leader: Directing daily workflows, supervising junior technicians, and mentoring apprentices to improve team technical skills.
3. Troubleshooting Specialist: Diagnosing root causes of mechanical failures and unexpected equipment breakdowns under pressure.
4. Safety Champion: Modeling and enforcing strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and hazard control protocols.
5. Quality Custodian: Ensuring all structural and mechanical work strictly aligns with engineering drawings and industry standards.

Duties:

1. Precision Alignment: Assembling and aligning heavy rotating equipment, pumps, and gearboxes using laser or dial indicators.




2. Preventive Maintenance: Executing scheduled inspections, structural overhauls, and routine servicing to maximize machinery lifespan.
3. Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting complex engineering schematics, isometric drawings, and technical manuals.
4. System Testing: Conducting post-repair test runs and pressure tests to verify equipment safety before production handover.
5. Resource Management: Tracking spare parts inventory, ordering specialized tools, and documenting detailed maintenance logs.
