- Manage electrical maintenance of Induction Furnace, Die Casting/Gravity Die Casting, Shot Blasting, Fettling & Casting equipment.
- Handle PLC, VFD, MCC, PCC, control panels, sensors, motors, drives and electrical systems.
- Plan and execute Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, control circuits and automation-related issues.
- Maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, compressors and utility systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts inventory and equipment history.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
- Drive RCA, MTBF/MTTR improvement and energy-saving initiatives.
- Lead and guide technicians/electricians and manage shift maintenance activities.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidate should have solid hands-on experience in foundry/casting plant electrical maintenance, with exposure to PLC, VFD, induction furnace and automation systems.
