Role & responsibilities

1. Quality Process Development: Develop and implement quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Inspection and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
3. Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues.
4. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and supply chain, to ensure quality standards is met.
5. Training and Development: Provide training and support to production staff on quality procedures and best practices.
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.
