Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.

- Troubleshoot motors, PCC panels, VFDs, PLCs, transformers, DG sets, and electrical systems.

- Monitor electrical equipment performance and minimize production downtime.

- Handle installation, commissioning, modification, and maintenance of electrical equipment.

- Maintain electrical records, spare inventory, and maintenance reports.

- Lead and guide electrical technicians and contractors.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, statutory, and plant standards.

- Identify and implement energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

- 5–8 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing electrical maintenance.

- Solid troubleshooting and team-handling skills.

- Knowledge of PLC, VFD, automation, HT/LT systems, and industrial electrical equipment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹67,847.96 per month
