Role & responsibilities shift in charge role accountable for end-to-end production operations in Trim Chassis Assembly (TCF). This role ensures safe, effective manufacturing aligned with business plans, while driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and workforce capability building. The position demands strategic oversight of shop performance, production systems, and leadership in new product launches for upcoming new platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

- Daily production meeting targets as per Given volume.

- Drive capacity planning, line balancing, and resource allocation as per given direction across all shops to meet volume and cost targets.

- Co-ordination cross-functional departments with PPC, PE, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain for synchronized operations.

- Shop floor control, 5S, Visualization and working as per SOP.

- Should be aware for TPM, and Six Sigma practices across all shops to maximize OEE and minimize waste.

- Benchmark processes against best practices; lead Kaizen and CI initiatives for productivity and cost reduction.

- Ensure robust quality systems at every stage to achieve FPY targets and reduce rework/scrap.
