Educational Qualification:- B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical / Production / Automotive / Design)
: - The DVA Engineer is responsible for Dimensional Variation Analysis, GD&T; and Tolerance stack up for ongoing and new projects
Job Responsibilities:- DVA Engineer creates and maintains DVA models representing the assembly process, tolerances, and CAD data used for the virtual assembly of a vehicle. He will be responsible for creating reports, communicating results, issues, and recommendations to the customer.
Technical Skills:-
- Experience in Chassis & Body Components/Interior Trim/Exterior Trim Domains
- Valuable working knowledge of 2D & 3D Tolerance Stack up Analysis
- Good knowledge & understanding of GD&T; Standard (preferred ASME Y14.5)
- Hand on Experience in any of the variation analysis software's
- Knowledge of Fixture / Tool Design, Facility and Assembly Process preferred
- Development Support for Primary Locating Points
