JOB Title: Business Analyst/Product Owner role

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8 to 13 years

Notice period: Immediate to 30 days

: Key Skills Required

- Robust experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in Agile delivery environments.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, process documentation, and user story creation.
- Experience in backlog management, prioritization, acceptance criteria definition, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices.
- Experience creating process flows, workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with global stakeholders and distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in Banking & Financial Services (BFS) engagements.
- Exposure to Capital Markets, financial data, market issuances, securities,



or investment banking domains would be an added advantage.
- Experience in AI/GenAI-related business analysis initiatives is desirable.

Preferred Certifications

- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
- Other Agile certifications such as CSM/SAFe Agilist are also desirable.

Ideal Candidate

- 8+ years of relevant BA/PO experience.
- Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments with cross-functional teams.
