Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EdTech Business Development/Sales professional to drive course enrollments, and new business opportunities. The role involves engaging with prospective students, understanding their learning and career requirements, promoting relevant programs, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive course enquiries, student counselling, enrollments, and revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through colleges, institutions, corporates, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with students, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, follow-ups, presentations, negotiations, and closures.




- Achieve sales targets and enrollment objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with Academic, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding and delivery.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in EdTech, education, training, or related sales/business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and student counselling skills.
- Proven experience in course sales, enrollments, or institutional partnerships.
- Strong target ownership, relationship-building, and business development skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
