We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience to drive B2B lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong client communication, client handling, and team coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
- Handle client communication, meetings and relationship management.
- Understand client requirements and promote relevant solutions.
- Convert leads into business opportunities and potential clients.
- Maintain and track leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities through CRM.
- Coordinate with team members and internal departments to support business development activities.

Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation.
- Solid client communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience in lead generation and team handling or coordination.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
