Job Summary

We are looking for a senior growth leader who owns revenue, shapes strategy, and builds lasting enterprise relationships - not just a quota carrier, but a key voice in how Alendei grows.

Responsibilities

- Own annual revenue targets and manage end-to-end pipelines across enterprise and mid-market accounts.

- Build territory plans, account frameworks, and quarterly BD roadmaps aligned to company goals.

- Develop executive-level relationships with CXOs, CMOs, and MDs - and lead high-stakes negotiations.

- Identify and manage strategic partnerships - resellers, alliances, and channel partners - to expand Alendei's market reach.

- Drive business development in international markets: GCC, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

- Represent Alendei at industry events, trade shows, and government forums to build visibility and generate senior relationships.

- Consider this your territory plan - the best senior BDMs always close beyond the forecast.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing,



or a related field. MBA strongly preferred.

- 5+ years in B2B business development or enterprise sales with a strong deal closure record.

- Proven experience managing CXO-level relationships and owning the full sales cycle.

- Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).

- Solid presentation and proposal writing skills.

Added advantages

- International sales experience in the GCC, Southeast Asia, Africa, or other emerging markets.

- Building and Managing channel/partner ecosystem management experience for indirect revenue.

- Exposure to multi-vertical or conglomerate selling, representing a portfolio of products under a parent brand.
