About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused professionals who can deliver a premium in-store experience , understand customer needs, recommend the right products and contribute to sales and customer relationship building while maintaining KIMIRICA’s luxury retail standards .

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalised and premium customer experience

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

- Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases

• Maintain high standards of grooming, product knowledge and store presentation

- Support billing, inventory and day-to-day store operations For Sr. Beauty Advisor

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team coordination





• Guide team members on product knowledge, customer handling and selling

• Support achievement of store sales and customer experience goals For Store Manager

• Manage day-to-day store operations and overall team performance

• Drive store sales targets and business objectives

• Lead the team on customer experience, sales and product knowledge

• Monitor inventory, visual merchandising and store processes

• Handle customer escalations and ensure service standards are maintained

• Coach and motivate the team to improve sales and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Fluency in English is mandatory for the Vista Square location

- Confident, well-groomed and customer-focused

• Passion for sales, beauty, fragrance, personal care or luxury retail

• Experience in beauty, skincare, fragrance, personal care, lifestyle, premium or luxury retail will be preferred

• Prior team-handling and store management experience preferred for the Store Manager role

• Candidates based in Gurugram / Delhi NCR will be preferred
