About The Job:

- We are seeking an experienced AWS Lex & Client Connect Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade conversational AI and cloud contact center solutions.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Client Connect (making contact flows end to end), AWS Lex, AWS Lambda (strong Python skills), DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation.

- Strong understanding of API integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.

- Build intelligent virtual assistants, voice bot integrations, backend services, and scalable customer engagement solutions.

- Ensure high availability, security, and operational excellence.

- Possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and production support skills.

- Comfortable working in Agile, fast-paced, and cross-functional environments.
