nBrinton Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate Cosmetic Formulation Scientist to join our R&D; team in Pune and contribute to the development of the next generation of dermatology-led skincare and dermo-cosmetic innovations.

nTHE ROLE
n

nWe are looking for a strong hands-on scientist who can take an idea from:
n

nConcept → Formulation → Prototype → Stability → Scale-up → Commercialisation
n

nThe role will involve developing differentiated formulations, evaluating current ingredients and technologies, solving complex formulation challenges, and translating scientific concepts into commercially successful products for India and international markets.
n

nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
n

n• M.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / or relevant qualification in Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or related disciplines
n• Strong hands-on experience in cosmetic / dermo-cosmetic formulation R&D;
n• Deep understanding of active ingredients, excipients, emulsions,



surfactants, rheology, preservatives and advanced delivery systems
n• Experience in formulation optimisation, compatibility, stability studies, technology transfer and scale-up
n• Understanding of Indian and preferably international cosmetic regulatory requirements
n• Ability to evaluate emerging ingredients, technologies and global skincare innovation trends
n• Solid scientific curiosity, problem-solving ability and an innovation mindset
n• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Manufacturing, Medical and Business teams
