- 1-3 years of BD/Growth experience in a creative, digital, or branding agencyn
- Strong understanding of the agency landscape, from social to strategy to designn
- Good communication and storytelling skills can pitch value, not just servicesn




- Strategic thinker with commercial acumenn
- Collaborate with creative + strategy team to build bespoke pitch decksn
- Comfortable with high-ticket deals, retainers, and consultative sellingn
- Bonus: Experience selling to lifestyle, luxury, or D2C brandsn
- Cold outreach and lead generationn
- International business outreachn
- Prospect research and identifying relevant opportunitiesn
- Connecting with potential clients across marketsn
- Supporting the BD team through the sales cyclen
- Maintaining a consistent and organized outreach pipelinen
