About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python and experienced in building secure, scalable, production-grade enterprise AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise-grade AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.

- Build LLM applications using RAG, prompt and context engineering, embeddings, semantic search, evaluations, and guardrails.

- Develop AI orchestration workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or comparable technologies.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, REST APIs, databases, identity systems, MCP, and workflow automation.

- Design distributed, cloud-native, API-driven, and data-intensive applications on Azure and/or AWS.

- Implement scalable solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code practices.

- Collaborate with architecture, cloud, security, operations, product, and business teams to deliver reliable and secure AI applications.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, Generative AI,



or intelligent automation.

- Strong proficiency in Python; C#, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, evaluations, and guardrails.

- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock.

- Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

- Experience with relational, NoSQL, and vector databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, and Azure AI Search or comparable vector technologies.

- Strong understanding of Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, monitoring, and secure software delivery.

- Experience with REST APIs, event-driven architecture, enterprise identity, tool/function calling, MCP, and workflow automation.

- Proven experience delivering secure, scalable, production-grade enterprise applications and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
