We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions that drive business value and innovation. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, data engineering, and model deployment, with the ability to lead AI initiatives from concept to production. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.

1. Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
2. Lead the development of AI-powered applications, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
3. Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.
4. Develop and maintain Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
5. Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
6. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques.
7. Collaborate with product owners, business teams, and developers to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
8. Deploy and manage models in production environments using MLOps best practices.
9. Monitor model performance, drift, and reliability, and implement continuous improvement processes.

Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
11. Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

1. Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, and Hugging Face.
2. Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
3. Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
4. Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
5. Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
6. Experience building and deploying AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
7. Knowledge of MLOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and automated deployment processes.
8. Experience with APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable application architectures.
9. Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and data engineering concepts.
10. Familiarity with responsible AI, model governance, and AI security best practices.
