We're hiring a tech recruiter with at least 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end hiring, especially for engineering and AI-focused roles.
You should have:
- Proven ability to close roles in AI/ML, data, and engineering
- Strong sourcing across LinkedIn, GitHub, tech forums, referrals
- Experience working with hiring managers & tech leaders
- Bonus: Engineering/technical background
- High ownership, speed, and closing ability
- Have hands on experience with LinkedIn recruiter, AI focused hiring tools and job portals.
You’ll handle:
- Full-cycle hiring for AI, backend, frontend, DevOps, mobile
- Offer rollouts, negotiation & pipeline reporting
- Direct collaboration with tech & product teams
