Responsibilities

- Data Entry and Maintenance
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining master data records across various systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data.
- Validate and verify data before it is entered into the system.
- Data Quality Assurance
- Monitor data quality and perform regular data cleansing activities.
- Identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors, and take corrective action or escalate as needed.
- Support audits of master data for compliance with organizational standards.
- Process Improvement
- Learn and understand existing master data management processes and workflows.
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies or gaps and propose improvements to enhance data management processes.
- Participate in the implementation of process automation tools where applicable.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with various departments (finance, sales, procurement, IT) to gather data requirements and ensure data alignment.
- Support communication between data owners and data users to facilitate smooth data governance.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Generate and analyze reports related to master data for management review.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines related to master data handling.




- Assist in preparing training materials for end-users on data management best practices.
- Compliance and Governance
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies and standards.
- Support initiatives related to data security and confidentiality.
- Help enforce regulatory compliance related to master data (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA if applicable).
- Learning and Development
- Undergo training sessions on master data management tools and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management
