We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Office 365 Architect to join our O365 Administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the architecture, implementation, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, Azure Conditional Access, Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, Mail Flow, Exchange Online mail flow rules, routing, mail security gateway such as Mimecast, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MEM/Intune, O365 Apps, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, O365/M365 Security Services, PowerApps, Power Automate, and scripting to support automation.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in driving major Microsoft 365 projects, designing automation solutions, improving operational efficiency, creating technical documentation and knowledge articles, and performing cyber security remediation activities such as search and purge in the Security and Compliance portal.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, and implement Office 365 collaboration and messaging solutions.
- Provide architecture guidance and governance across Microsoft 365 services.
- Lead major Microsoft 365 projects such as migrations, mail flow changes, Teams/SharePoint rollouts, Intune implementation, security remediation, and automation initiatives.
- Implement and administer Office 365 support technologies including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure AD/Entra ID, MEM/Intune, and Microsoft 365 Security Services.
- Design, build, and maintain automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, PowerApps, Azure Automation, and scripting.
- Identify manual/repetitive operational tasks and implement automation to improve efficiency and reduce support effort.
- Conduct cyber security remediation tasks,



including search and purge processes in the Security and Compliance portal.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Provide technical leadership, escalation support, and guidance to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with implementation and administration of Office 365/Microsoft 365 support technologies such as:

- Active Directory
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Azure AD Connect
- Azure Conditional Access
- Mail Flow, Exchange Online mail flow rules and routing
- Mail security gateway such as Mimecast
- O365 Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- MEM / Intune
- O365 Apps
- PowerShell
- Microsoft Graph
- O365/M365 Security Services
- PowerApps and Power Automate
- Scripting and automation

- Proven experience in leading major Microsoft 365/O365 projects or platform improvements.
- Robust automation experience using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, PowerApps, Azure Automation, or similar tools.
- Ability to design automation with proper approvals, logging, error handling, testing, and rollback approach.
- Excellent technical writing skills for documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Familiarity with cyber security remediation processes, including search and purge.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
