As a Data Analyst, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that help drive smarter business decisions, improve products and services, and strengthen our O+O (Offline + Online) business model. By applying a scientific and data-driven approach, you will help teams better understand customer behaviour, optimize performance, and ultimately contribute to putting a smile on customers’ faces through enhanced customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyze large datasets to measure the business and customer impact of Big Data initiatives.
- Apply statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover actionable insights and business opportunities.
- Partner with product managers,



business teams, regional stakeholders, and data scientists to evaluate solution and model performance.
- Use data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
- Support decision-making through a scientific and data-driven approach that improves customer and business outcomes across O+O channels.
- Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation through data.

What You’ll Bring:
- Experience applying data analytics, statistical methods, and insights generation in a commercial environment, ideally within retail or customer-focused businesses.
- Solid knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, causal inference, and analytical methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Understanding of statistical mod
