Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of talent development programs including onboarding, learning journeys, leadership development, and functional capability building.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to align development initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor program effectiveness through feedback, participation metrics, and performance outcomes; recommend enhancements based on insights.
- Coordinate with internal and external training partners to deliver high-quality learning experiences.




- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards in all talent development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of training completion, certifications, and development milestones in HR systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in learning operations through process optimization and digital enablement.
