Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement operations, ensuring cost savings and improved quality.

- Manage global sourcing activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform purchasing decisions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the procurement process

Experience

- 10 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Vendor Development.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Electric Vehicle or Automotive industry.

- Experience working with Tier-1 and Tier-2 automotive suppliers.

- Strong knowledge of costing and ZBC process.

- Experience handling current product development sourcing will be preferred.
