We are looking for a 4-8 years of experienced Sourcing Buyer to manage supplier sourcing, procurement activities, commercial negotiations, and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in strategic sourcing, cost reduction, supplier development, and purchase order management.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Post Graduate Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 4–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, strategic buying, supplier management. Strong negotiation and commercial skills. Strong communication skills – Written / Oral , passion for excellence and possesses right positive attitude. Positive understanding of RFQ, quotation analysis, cost breakdown, PO, contracts, and supplier evaluation , selection. Experience in cost reduction and supplier development. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle (NetSuite) .



Ability to manage multiple suppliers and sourcing projects simultaneously.

Strong supply base acumen across Automotive , Aerospace , Precision Machined , Casting , forging , electrical & electronics and EV arena.

Exposure to costing , sourcing and development of Precision Machined Parts requiring sliding heads , VMC, HMC , knowledge of pricing and suppliers of post treatment processes like Heat Treatment , plating & coating . Knowledge of Development of sources for Castings ( SGI , PDC , GI) , aluminium Housings / machining , forgings , fasteners etc. Knowledge of Plastics – RM and Injection molding processes , ability to identify sources. Ability to develop cost models across various commodities – Precision Machining , Plastics , High Speed Stampings and Electrical parts like PCB / Wirng Harnesses.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
