Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect – AI & Technical Architecture with 13–14 years of overall technology experience and strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Azure AI, enterprise architecture, AI engineering, cloud platforms, and modern data architectures .

The ideal candidate should be a very strong technical architect who can design scalable, secure, governed, and production-ready AI solutions while working closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise leadership.

This role requires deep expertise across Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, model fine-tuning, multi-agent systems, AI evaluation, guardrails, vector databases, Kubernetes/AKS, IaC, CI/CD, data governance, privacy, and AI compliance .

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead enterprise AI and technical architecture for scalable production-grade AI solutions.
- Design GenAI, RAG, agentic AI, and multi-agent architectures using modern AI frameworks and cloud services.
- Architect solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and LlamaIndex .
- Design and evaluate LLM solutions , including model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization.
- Design scalable vector search and retrieval architectures using Azure AI Search, Pinecone, pgvector, or similar technologies.
- Establish AI evaluation frameworks for accuracy, relevance, hallucination, safety, latency, and performance.
- Design and implement AI guardrails, content safety, prompt-injection protection, abuse mitigation, and responsible AI controls .




- Define enterprise data governance, data lineage, cataloging, privacy, and security strategies for AI solutions.
- Architect cloud-native deployments using Kubernetes, AKS, serverless technologies, and multi-cloud environments .
- Define Infrastructure-as-Code strategies using Terraform and/or Bicep.
- Establish scalable CI/CD and MLOps/LLMOps practices for AI applications and models.
- Conduct technical due diligence, architecture assessments, and advisory engagements .
- Collaborate with engineering, data, security, DevOps, product, and business teams.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, solution recommendations, and mentoring to engineering teams.
- Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements .

Mandatory Technical Skills
- 13–14 years of strong technology/architecture experience.
- Extensive experience in Solution Architecture / Enterprise Architecture .
- Strong hands-on Generative AI / LLM architecture experience.
- Azure AI Foundry .
- Semantic Kernel .
- LangChain / LlamaIndex .
- RAG, LLM application architecture, and Multi-Agent Systems .
- Model Fine-Tuning and LLM evaluation frameworks.
- AI Guardrails, Content Safety, Prompt-Injection & Abuse Mitigation .
- Vector Databases – Azure AI Search, Pinecone, pgvector or equivalent.
- Kubernetes / AKS and cloud-native architecture.




- Terraform / Bicep / Infrastructure-as-Code .
- Strong CI/CD and production deployment experience.
- Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Cataloging, Data Privacy .
- Understanding of AI regulatory, security, and compliance requirements .
- Strong enterprise-level architecture documentation, technical decision-making, and stakeholder management .

Preferred / Good-to-Have
- Multi-cloud architecture experience.
- Serverless architecture.

- Feature Stores.
- Experience designing enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience with AI security and responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience with technical due diligence and consulting/advisory engagements.
- Experience working with US-based enterprise clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a very solid and hands-on AI Architect , not a traditional project/program manager or high-level solution architect who is disconnected from implementation.

The candidate should be able to architect, evaluate, challenge, and guide the technical implementation of enterprise AI solutions and communicate effectively with both engineering teams and senior business/technical stakeholders .
