NOVO Energy Solutions is a growing solar energy company based in Kollam, Kerala, specializing in the installation and service of on-grid and hybrid solar power systems. We are looking for a responsible and technically capable Solar Site Supervisor to join our team and manage solar installation activities at customer sites.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day solar installation and site activities.

Coordinate and guide installation technicians and workers at project sites.

Ensure solar installations are completed according to company quality standards and engineering specifications.

Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.

Check the quality of structure installation, module mounting, cable routing and other installation works.

Coordinate with the office team, engineers, customers and other site personnel.

Ensure proper handling and protected transportation of solar panels, inverters, structures and other materials.

Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards at the work site.

Identify and resolve site-related issues and report technical or material requirements to the concerned team.

Take site measurements and provide necessary site updates and photographs.

Ensure neat and professional finishing of every installation.

Prepare daily work progress reports and update management.





Travel to different customer sites as required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, solar installation, electrical work or a related field.

Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred.

Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations.

Ability to read and understand basic drawings and installation specifications.

Good communication and team-management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Valid driving licence preferred.

Candidates with experience in residential/commercial solar installation will be given preference.
