Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and manage in office installation of solar PV systems (Rooftop / Ground mounted).

- Ensure execution of projects as per approved drawings, design, and technical specifications.

- Monitor civil, structural, and electrical works related to solar installations.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at site.

- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.

- Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.

- Handle material planning, inventory tracking, and site logistics.

- Support commissioning, testing, and handover of projects.

- Troubleshoot on-site technical issues during installation and commissioning.





- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering.

- 2-5 years of experience in solar project execution (Rooftop or Utility-scale preferred).

- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical wiring.

- Familiarity with single-line diagrams (SLD) and project drawings.

- Knowledge of safety standards and electrical codes.

- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
