? Location: RCP, Navi Mumbai

Are you a hands-on Tech Lead who enjoys building scalable applications, solving complex technical problems, and leading engineering teams?

We’re looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with solid Python expertise to join a challenging technology environment and drive end-to-end application development.

? What we're looking for

Backend

- Strong hands-on experience in Java
- Expertise in Spring MVC / Spring Boot
- Python – Mandatory
- Experience building scalable REST APIs and backend services

Frontend

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with React JS / Angular / Vue.js
- Experience developing responsive, user-friendly interfaces

Architecture & Integration

- Experience in system architecture, component design, data flows and integration
- Strong understanding of REST, HTTP and web security
- Experience with SAP / SAP API integration or similar enterprise applications

Database

- Experience with one or more of:




- MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server

DevOps

- Hands-on exposure to CI/CD
- Jenkins
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Git
- Agile / DevOps methodologies

Technical Leadership

- Lead and mentor development teams
- Conduct code reviews and drive coding standards
- Identify technical risks and mitigation approaches
- Drive application performance, scalability and quality

? Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who combines strong hands-on engineering skills with technical leadership — someone who can contribute to architecture and design while remaining close to the code.

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field preferred.
