Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Implementation Engineer to support the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of pump selection software. The candidate will work closely with engineering and software teams to understand pump selection requirements, technical specifications, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure pump selection software based on engineering and business requirements.
- Understand pump performance data, technical specifications, and selection criteria.
- Enter, verify, and maintain pump technical data in the software database.
- Perform testing and validation of pump selection results.
- Coordinate with software developers to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, datasheets, and technical reports.
- Support customers/users during software implementation and provide basic technical assistance.
- Use AutoCAD for reviewing and preparing engineering drawings when required.
- Use MS Excel for data management, analysis, calculations, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, sales, and software teams for project execution.
- Assist in software demonstrations, user training, and implementation activities.

Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech.



in Mechanical Engineering – preferred.
- M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering – preferred.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering – candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of pumps and pump selection.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, data handling, and reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and engineering data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn engineering software and current technologies.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of centrifugal pumps and pump performance curves.
- Experience with pump selection/configuration software.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and fluid mechanics.
- Basic understanding of databases and software testing.
- Experience in pump manufacturing or engineering industries.

Candidate Profile
- Mechanical Engineering graduates/diploma holders with an interest in engineering software and pump applications.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with large amounts of technical data.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Employment Type: Full-time Salary: CTC Rs.2,00,000 to Rs.2,50,000
