Role Description As a Software Engineering Intern (Remote) at Parsec, you will collaborate with the engineering team to design, implement, test, and maintain backend services and tools that support continuous learning for agents. Your day-to-day work will include writing clean and efficient code, debugging and resolving issues, contributing to code reviews, and improving system performance and reliability.

You will also assist in integrating services with existing infrastructure, documenting technical decisions, and participating in team discussions around architecture and best practices. This is a full-time role.



This is an on-site role, and is located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in core Computer Science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and networking.
- Skills in Software Development and Programming, including writing, testing, and debugging code in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Javascript).
- Experience or coursework in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and ability to apply them in designing and implementing maintainable code.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to learn quickly, work in a team environment, and communicate clearly about technical topics.
- Exposure to distributed systems, machine learning infrastructure, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
