Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications using Pega Platform
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Architect scalable and reusable Pega solutions aligned with enterprise standards
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega developers and project teams
- Design and implement case management, workflow automation, decisioning, and integrations
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and messaging services
- Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile delivery processes
- Mentor team members and support skill development across the Pega practice
- Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Support application deployment, upgrade activities, and production releases




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of new Pega capabilities
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Pega development
- Solid experience with Pega BPM, Case Management, Decisioning, and Integrations
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proven solid communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
