We're looking for a code-slinging, logic-bending problem solver who gets irrationally excited about elegant abstractions, computational efficiency, and TODO comments that should probably be Jira tickets.
You might identify as
- Language-agnostic programmer (You pick up languages on the go: Python, Go, NodeJS, React, etc are what we use frequently though)
- Open Source citizen — You’ve shipped code into the void and survived PR debates with strangers.
- Founding engineer energy — scrappy, resourceful, allergic to “meeting to plan the next meeting.”
? What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable architectures for autonomous AI systems
- Solve real scaling challenges where user growth doesn’t mean system collapse
- Architect systems that handle massive concurrency without screaming
- Work with data structures and algorithms like they're LEGO bricks
- Contribute to internal tools, open source, and occasionally memes
Bonus: Help us decide whether tabs or spaces rule the universe. (We pretend we’re neutral.)
? You’ll Thrive If You Have
- ? Robust DS & Algos skills — you think in time/space complexity and occasionally dream in trees and graphs
- ? Solid system design experience — distributed systems, concurrency, caching, fault tolerance… the fun stuff
- ? Experience building or scaling production systems (ideally under messy real-world pressure)
